Trailer hire
If you have a suitable four wheel drive vehicle and want a bit more independence, LOC can hire you a trailer, for the day, a week, a month or longer if you wish. Our trailers are the latest Ifor Williams 510 and 511 models with front and rear unload and removable centre partitions. The trailers are on hire with or without a driver.
The newest Ifor Williams 511 model trailer have high level braking lights and sliding horse windows.
If you get more adventurous and want to travel abroad remember that LOC International Horse Transport can offer shared loads and private charter transport to most European countries including; France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Holland. We also transport to; Argentina, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the Far East.

About our hirers
- Tow vehicles must be well maintained 4x4 that meets government and manufacturer regulations for towing
- Hirers must provide an original copy of the driver's driving licence, with two, original, recent utility bills for the hirer's home address
- Payment must be in advance by debit card only.
Trailer hire fees - long term hire a speciality
Trailer hire, without a driver, starts at just £45 per day plus VAT. However, are longer term hires give you the best value.
- Daily: £45.00 - any time period up to 24 hours
- Weekend: £70.00 - Friday collection, return by 9am the following Monday
- Weekly: £115.00 - any period from 3 days to a maximum of 7 days
- Monthly: £250.00 - any 30 day period, collection after 9am and return by 6pm
- Summer season: £725.00 - 1 April to 1 October
- Winter season: £550.00 - 1 October to 1 April
- Other periods by negotiation.
